Race FX are an import and distribution company that specialise in products for off-road motorcycle sports. In addition, we now carry some products for road bikes including oil, brake pads, sport bike graphics and fairing decals.
Race FX are not a retail website, however, all of our products can be viewed through this website with our suggested retail prices. Our aim is to supply retail outlets throughout the UK and Europe with a vast array of products from hard parts to apparel.

Returns and Credits
Race FX is committed to bringing you the best quality products at great prices. However, we also know that once in a while you may need to return an item. To ensure we can make this as easy as possible, please ensure you hold onto your receipt and any packaging with the item you bought. All refunds will normally be made by way of a credit on your account. This policy does not affect your statutory or distance selling rights.
WHAT can be returned?
All products purchased from Race FX can be returned within the time scales set below. This is with the exception of damaged liquids. Please ensure that any petrol products are fully drained of both oil and petrol prior to return. Please complete the returns form before sending back your item(s). Returns that do not follow any of these guidelines may be refused.
WHEN do items need to be returned by
Picking / Packing Errors – Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and return the incorrect item to us within 5 days. We can then correct our stock and send the correct item to you by return.
Unwanted Items – If the item has been ordered for a third party customer who has either refused or failed to collect the item, it can be returned within 30 days and a 15% restocking charge will be applied when credited. Return your items unused, with their original packaging, in a saleable condition, with the completed returns form.
Alternative Item sent – If an alternative item has been supplied for evaluation and is found to be unsuitable then a full refund will be issued as long as the item is returned within 30 days. Upon return your items must be unused, with their original packaging, in a saleable condition, with the completed returns form.
Faulty Products and Warranty – Return the item to us within 30 days of purchase with a completed returns form for a full refund. If you have had the item from 31 days up to 1 year and it develops a fault, please contact our sales team for further information and advice.
Please note that items should not be refunded under warranty to the consumer until they have been inspected by Race FX or in some cases the manufacturer. This is described in the conditions of sale on the reverse of your invoices. All warranty items must also be accompanied by the consumers proof of purchase and till receipt. The item must be clearly identified with a part number and description on the original receipt.

Items can be returned via your Sales Representative, but the returns form must be completed beforehand and a request for collection to be made at the same time. Please be aware that this method of return may not always be possible
HOW do customers return items?
Items under 1m in length and under 2kg can usually be returned by Royal Mail. If this is your chosen method, please obtain a proof of sending.
We can collect items weighing more than 2kg by courier. Please give details of the weight and dimensions of the package to be returned. Please ensure a completed returns form is enclosed within the package and the till receipt where necessary.
In some circumstances it may be possible to return your item to your sales representative. Please check beforehand.
SHIPPING for returns?
If you receive an item that does not match the item described on the invoice and it is the only item shipped, we will refund the shipping if an original cost was incurred. If a cost is incurred in returning an item to us, we will usually refund the cost if we are at fault. Please contact us beforehand if your shipping cost is above £6.95 in UK Mainland, as a more cost effective method may be available. Unwanted items must be returned to us at your cost in saleable condition.
CREDIT for returns?
If an item is not replaced with an item of the same value a credit will be placed on your account and will be deducted from your next purchase.
Packing materials?
Please ensure that any sharp objects are suitably wrapped to ensure safe handling and that items are packed to protect them in transit.
Please ensure that any petrol products are fully drained of both oil and petrol prior to return or the item may be refused.
Please present the item you are returning in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase and completed returns form.
